In line with this, please be informed that we would only charge the medical plan from your credit card. For your prescriptions, however, you have either of these two lucrative choices: direct your orders to our PBM network partner, or have our friendly customer service representatives send them electronically to your local pharmacy. If you want to access the services of our PBM network partner, you do not have to pay in advance because your orders are invoiced upon delivery. Making payments is easy. All you have to do is send back the invoice along with your payment to be placed in a pre-addressed envelope--and this would also be provided along with your orders.
Should your local pharmacy be not included in our E-Prescription network of 56,000 pharmacies-a nationwide network which includes Walgreens, Long, Target, CVS, and Walmart-we are still going to fax your prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice.
MedCalling is not a pharmacy, hence we do not sell medications. We have formed strategic relationships with a large group of mail-order pharmacies and integrated them into our E-Prescription network. Doing so allows us to deliver very affordable cost options for your prescription medications through our PBM network partner.
All transaction processes involving them are relegated to our customer service department. This is part of our agreement with our partners. Our friendly customer service representatives would be responsible for order tracking, complaints, and any other concerns linked to your transactions. In spite of rendering customer service, MedCalling does not gain any profit or commission from any order transaction. Where matters concerning product pricing and payment handling are concerned, our PBM network partner has the sole responsibility.
